The application to receive a 2026 grant in SPCA’s Neighborhood Improvement District (NID #4) is now available. If you live within the NID boundaries on the map above, you could receive up to $5,000 in home improvement assistance. Pick up a printed copy of the application at the SPCA offices, 3526 W. Fond du Lac Avenue, or download a PDF version below. We will begin to accept completed applications on April 25.
