Marquette University offers several legal clinics that offer free brief legal advice and referral services to the public. Advice is provided by volunteer law students and attorneys.

Marquette’s Estate Planning Clinic offers in-person services. Their staff can prepare a basic will, power of attorney for finances, power of attorney for health care and a living will. This program, however, does not assist with Medicaid planning, living trusts, special needs trusts or transferring property owned by someone who has passed away.
