Alderman DiAndre Jackson recently issued a statement calling upon the community to support local businesses near West Roosevelt Drive as the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District conducts sewer upgrades along the street. His statement reads, in part:
“I want to thank residents and business owners for their patience during the year plus timeframe in which MMSD has been working on the West Roosevelt Sewer Project… I know the long term construction can be bothersome, but when complete this update will mean enhanced quality of life for all those who live and work in the area.”
