Our friends at Sherman Park Grocery Store need our help. The full-service grocer located on Fond du Lac Avenue at Sherman Boulevard is at risk of going out of business. It opened four years ago with the promise to provide fresh fruits and vegetables and affordable groceries to the community, and not alcohol or tobacco. The owner, Moe Wince, has lived up to that promise. He has also been a loyal and active supporter of the Sherman Park Community Association. And he lives in our community. Now it’s up to us to show him our appreciation by visiting his store and spending some money.
