Members of the public are invited to attend a virtual informational meeting about the Midtown Center site that, if approved, would include an indoor self storage and data processing/computer services/computer research facility. Alderman Mark Chambers, Jr., who is hosting the sessions, has said he will attend all three open house style events, along with developers AFS Milwaukee LLC and Gorman & Company, and staff from the Department of City Development and the Milwaukee Public Library. However, it is unclear whether that will be the case with this meeting, now that its nature has changed. “I strongly urge anyone interested in the project to attend at least one of the public informational meetings,” Alderman Chambers stated.
