The City of Milwaukee will host a webinar on March 17 to help owners of multifamily buildings take advantage of IRA grants for weatherization and energy efficient improvements. This webinar is focused on new affordable multifamily buildings that are built in consultation with the Energy Design Assistance program. According to Focus on Energy, “This incentive is designed to support affordable multifamily housing projects by providing valuable technical support and outline eligible incentives early in the design process through construction completion.”
