Now that winter has passed, WE Energies will resume cutting off power and light to Milwaukee-area homes starting April 15. Ending this grace period will do real damage to families who struggle to meet the cost of living and are forced to choose between rent, groceries and utility bills. That’s just plain wrong. It’s time to utilize our voices and activate our community to stand up for what’s right! That’s why the WEBB and North Side Rising are inviting you to come out that day and protest this cruel practice by WE Energies.
