Black Arts Fest is coming to the Summerfest grounds on Saturday, August 2, and senior citizens age 65 and older will get free admission at the gate between 12:00 noon and 12:30 pm that day. The one-day celebration of African American creativity will feature live concert performances by Carl Thomas, Kevin Ross and Star Redd.
