WaterMarks is an initiative to bring together diverse communities through the arts to celebrate water and the natural systems that support our lives. WaterMarks is seeking a Sherman Park neighborhood project team, a resident-led group of community stakeholders that make decisions around WaterMarks programming. This team will choose artists, scientists and environmentalists to lead community walks and workshops surrounding the WaterMarker.
They’re holding two informational sessions, a virtual session on Tuesday, October 3rd, and an in-person session on Wednesday, October 4th.
